Use real-time SDRE when the update cadence is strict and full-model NMPC where a slower optimisation loop is acceptable. The self-service product returns bounded supervisory recommendations; the operator, PLC or supervisory application remains responsible for execution.

Controller can be ordered independently or used alongside Filtration & analytics. Full Filtration, Analytics, Passports and NDC compiles remain separate products.

Questions about Controller

Can I buy Controller without a Filtration & analytics subscription?

Yes. Controller is intended to be available as a standalone product with the live-stream functions required for its own operation.

Does Controller include full Filtration or Analytics?

No. It includes only the internal processing required to calculate the recommendation. Customer-facing filtration modes, Analytics reports, Passports and NDC compiles are separate products.

Does NLSYS apply commands directly to my equipment?

The self-service product returns recommendations in shadow or advisory operation. Your operator, PLC or supervisory application owns execution and physical interlocks.

What does the controller need?

Synchronized measurements, the actual applied command, the required contextual drives, and explicit command or setpoint limits for the selected mode.

What happens when the controller is not ready?

The response exposes readiness and a degraded-state reason instead of presenting an ordinary recommendation as fully qualified.

Is autonomous operation included?

No. Autonomous actuation is a separate restricted capability with its own authorization and commissioning requirements.
