Refund Policy
Simple and buyer-friendly: OPS2.AI LTD sells directly, card payments are processed securely by Stripe, and refunds are honored per this policy.

1. Who processes your payment
OPS2.AI LTD is the seller of record for all our orders. Card payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor; your card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers. We provide customer service and handle refunds ourselves. You receive an order receipt for every purchase, and a VAT invoice on request.
2. Delivery of digital services
Everything is delivered digitally. Subscriptions activate after confirmed payment. One-off cleaning, Passport, Readiness and model jobs are delivered to the customer account as the result stated at purchase. A technical failure before delivery does not consume the purchased job or create a completed-job charge.
3. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, contact us at nlsys.io@proton.me within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the payment. For consumers in the EU/UK this is our voluntary guarantee: where immediate digital supply waives the statutory 14-day cooling-off right (see Terms, Section 3), we honor a 14-day money-back guarantee anyway; the applicable request for immediate performance and any acknowledgement must be collected at checkout. Refunds relating to consumed usage are assessed under the confirmed order and applicable law. This policy does not remove mandatory consumer rights. Where you purchase as a business rather than as a consumer, statutory consumer cancellation rights do not apply; the 14-day goodwill refund described in this policy still does.
4. Subscriptions
Plan subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime from the billing portal or by writing to us; access then runs to the end of the paid period. We never auto-charge for anything beyond your subscription: extra volume comes only from top-ups you buy explicitly — any amount from €29.
5. Top-ups
Top-ups are one-time purchases of non-expiring processing balance: from €29 generally, or from €15 when opened by a valid CSV estimate. A fully unused top-up may be refunded within 14 days; a partially used balance is reviewed based on the consumed service and applicable law.
6. How to request
Email nlsys.io@proton.me from your account email with the order reference from your payment receipt — we reply within one business day.
7. NDC compiles
A generic NDC preflight that cannot launch does not consume a compile. Once a compile completes and delivers the contracted verified model or explicit validated result, it is a delivered digital result. For Battery products, an unsupported requested model class returns the applicable Readiness result and the compile portion is not charged.
