Simple and buyer-friendly: our order process is run by Paddle as merchant of record, and refunds are honored per this policy.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. You will receive an order receipt and VAT invoice from Paddle.
If you are not satisfied, contact us at nlsys.io@proton.me or Paddle at paddle.net within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the payment. For consumers in the EU/UK this reflects your statutory 14-day cooling-off right; by starting to use the service immediately you consent to immediate performance, and refunds beyond usage already consumed are assessed reasonably, case by case.
Plan subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime from the billing portal or by writing to us; access then runs to the end of the paid period. We never auto-charge for anything beyond your subscription: extra volume comes only from credit packs you buy explicitly.
Packs are one-time purchases and never expire. An unused pack is refundable within 14 days of purchase; partially used packs are assessed case by case.
Email nlsys.io@proton.me from your account email with the order reference from your Paddle receipt — we reply within one business day.
