Terms of Service

These terms govern use of nlsys.io, the customer account, subscriptions, one-off products and prepaid processing balance.

1. Agreement

By using this site, using free access, purchasing via the checkout in your cabinet, or submitting data to our products, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent. Where a separate written agreement (an enterprise contract) exists, that agreement prevails over these terms.

2. The services, as they are today

Free or introductory access is provided for evaluation with the capabilities and limits shown in the account. It may change or end and does not guarantee production performance. Duplicate accounts created to obtain repeated introductory allowances may be suspended or merged. Separate written terms may apply to private deployment or other non-standard licensing.

3. Payments, refunds, billing portal

Seller and payment processor. OPS2.AI LTD is the seller of record for all our orders. Card payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor; card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers. We provide customer service and handle refunds ourselves. Plan subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime; access runs to the end of the paid period. We never auto-charge for anything beyond your subscription — extra volume comes only from top-ups you buy explicitly (any amount from €29; Lab CSV cleaner top-ups start at €15). See our Refund Policy.

Paid subscriptions include the processing allowance shown before purchase. Unused monthly allowance expires at the end of the billing period. Processing beyond it uses separately purchased top-up balance and never creates an automatic overage charge. One-off products may be purchased without a subscription and grant the specific job or artifact stated at purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe. The product, price, taxes and total are shown at checkout. Receipts confirm each charge. Product access, included processing and customer-visible limits are fixed for the confirmed purchase or paid subscription period.

Immediate digital supply. Any request to begin a paid service or digital supply during a statutory cancellation period must be presented with the applicable information and consent at checkout. Opening an account or beginning access alone does not waive statutory rights. The applicable cancellation rules depend on the supplied product; nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.

Prices. We may change prices and plan composition at any time. For new purchases, new prices apply immediately once published on the pricing page. For active subscriptions we email you at least 14 days before the first renewal at the new price; the change takes effect at your next renewal that falls after this notice period — until then your current price applies. If you do not agree, cancel any time before that renewal; access runs to the end of the paid period. Prepaid top-up points already purchased are never repriced.

4. Civil use only — hard restriction

The service is provided solely for peaceful, civil and scientific purposes. You must not use it, or any compiled artifact, model or output, for the development, testing, operation or support of weapons, military or defence systems, or any related purpose, nor in any application intended to cause physical harm. You must not use the service in, or on behalf of persons or systems located in, any territory subject to comprehensive international sanctions or applicable export controls. We may make the service unavailable in certain regions, and we may refuse, suspend or permanently terminate access to any user, at our sole discretion and without being required to state a reason. Accessing the service through a VPN, proxy or any means that misrepresents your location or identity in order to bypass such a restriction is a breach of these terms; the user does so at their own risk and bears full responsibility, and we may terminate the account permanently. Prepaid points on an account terminated for such a breach are non-refundable. By using the service you confirm that you will use it only for purposes permitted under these terms, and that you neither intend nor plan to use it for any purpose that conflicts with them. You acknowledge that if we reasonably suspect a breach of these terms we may suspend your access without notice while we review. If the breach is established, access may be terminated permanently and prepaid points are forfeited. If it is not established, access is restored and unused prepaid top-ups remain yours (refundable per our Refund Policy).

5. Your data, our platform

Your submitted data remains yours, and you grant us the rights needed to process it solely to provide the service. A purchased NDC compile includes the delivered model artifact, Nonlinearity Passport, validation records, manifest, checksums and runtime/verifier licence for the customer’s own peaceful civil and scientific use. The hosted compiler and its source code are not delivered. Redistribution, embedded distribution and private deployment require separate written rights.

6. Honest numbers, no benchmark warranty

Benchmark figures published on this site are representative results on canonical test material, produced under the protocol on our benchmarks page — they are not field results and not a warranty of performance on your data. The way to know is to test on your data, which is exactly what the free access and self-service paths are for.

7. Warranties and liability

Free services are provided without warranty of any kind. Paid services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination and changes

You can stop using the services at any time; subscriptions can be cancelled in the billing portal (link in your receipt email) and run to the end of the paid period. We can suspend or terminate for breach of these terms (including Section 4) — with a full refund of unused prepaid fees where the breach is ours, not yours. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and for paying customers also sent by email.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their home country where those apply.
