What does a subscription buy?
A subscription opens the stated product for a monthly period and includes a processing allowance. Basic, Analytics and Team are levels of the Filtration & analytics product family. The current allowance is shown before purchase.
Can I buy a one-off product without a subscription?
Yes. CSV cleaning, generic NDC and Battery artifacts or model compiles are designed to be bought separately. An account is required to hold the job, artifact and balance; a subscription is not.
What does a top-up buy?
Only additional processing balance. A top-up does not unlock Filtration, Analytics, Control, NDC or a Battery product. You need an active subscription or a purchased one-off job.
Why are the top-up minimums different?
The ordinary balance top-up starts at €29. A valid CSV estimate can open a €15 minimum payment because the first file job may cost less. The actual estimated job cost is shown separately, and any unused amount stays on the same non-expiring balance.
Can NLSYS charge an overage automatically?
No. If the included allowance and balance are insufficient, the job does not start until you explicitly add enough balance.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can disable renewal for the end of the current paid period. Additional usage is never charged automatically.
What happens to unused allowance and top-ups?
Unused monthly subscription allowance expires at the end of the billing period. Separately purchased top-up balance does not expire.
What happens when I cancel?
Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. Existing artifacts stay subject to the applicable retention policy, and unused top-up balance remains on the account.
What does one NDC purchase cover?
The starting contract is one declared target and one model artifact. It includes a standard processing allowance; larger processing needs are shown before launch. Each additional target is a separate compile.
Does Controller include Filtration and Analytics?
No. Controller is a separate product. It includes the signal processing needed to calculate a recommendation, while Filtration, Analytics, Passports and NDC compiles remain separate products. It can be bought alone or added to another compatible configuration.
Where are invoices and card details?
Stripe processes card payments and provides receipts and billing-management links. Card details do not pass through NLSYS servers.
How do I connect a live stream?
Open the account, create an API key and use the supplied endpoint and curl example. Send named numeric channels with timestamps or a declared sample rate.
How should missing observations be represented?
Use null. A numeric zero is treated as a real measurement.
How many channels can one stream hold?
A physical stream supports up to 264 synchronized response channels. Logical stream groups can shard wider systems; customer-visible limits and available operations are shown in the current API documentation.
Are there use restrictions?
Yes. NLSYS is offered for civil and scientific applications under the Terms of Service. Self-service Control is supervisory; autonomous actuation is not included.
